“Therm Tech has serviced my combi unit for a few years now with out issue. After the technician completed the annual service visit, something didn't seem right. It was already thurs. 7 pm on the evening of the Easter long weekend. I called them with the intention of leaving a message and hoping they could come by on Monday. What I didn't anticipate was Peter, the owner, answered and immediately came over to see what the problem was. It was 8 pm an happily it was a minor issue which he graciously fixed.
