My go to from now on!! I got called at 4 am from one of my airbnb as water was leaking from toiled on main floor to the basement ceiling! I was searching the internet for an emergency service and the Joyce answered! It was a weight lifted of my shoulders. She immedialy contacted it with details and dispatched Andrew. By 7:30 am the toilet was fixed, the baseboards sealed and all the guests were 100% satisfied. Andrew kept me informed, took pictures and share next steps. Great experience and now, I have thier number for all future issues. I highly recommend Plumbers Direct for perfect and holistic resolution, customer service and timely communication.
