I brought it back to Bill and not only did he provide me with excellent customer service, he also honored d the warranty to which I did not know about. He called me a few hours later and told me the job was done. Initially I was supposed to wait 2 weeks but he sped things up and got my computer running again. Needless to say I am super happy.“

“I can’t say enough about how great this place is! All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and make sure they clearly explain whatever tech problems you came in with, their solutions, and the options. I had an iPad Air fifth generation that I really thought it had, at best a 50-50 shot at being fixed after my father broke the charging port along with other things.. The Apple Store wasn’t going to do anything, except replace it at full cost to me because they don’t do repairs on iPads and Apple Care was no longer an option. The staff here not only did an amazing job at fixing my iPad, but did it in record time! This is one of those businesses where, when you go to them once, you realize they are now going to be your go to spot for all your tech repair needs. Can you tell I’m a fan?! lol“
