I can't thanks these guys enough. In a world where other repair places take advantage of us MS Surface users with ridiculously high repair prices, The repair shop/Gamerama came to my rescue. You will be my new secret repair weapon!I was hesitant to mail my computer but the staff calmed my worries when I called to go over the process and then again to confirm receipt and again later when I called to check on it's status. Each time I spoke with the staff they were friendly and helpful.
