Gentleman who owns or works in this store is the best! Always tries to fix my phone ASAP. Usually done in one day. And guys, lol haha the fact that I am not good with phone has been well established by now. I had on my last one display exchanged only 4 times by now haha :) But I can always rely on Mobile One to have my back! Thank You!!!

I needed to replace my S20 5G glass, which was slightly chipped (which I found out needs to be an entire screen repair).Calvin (who I dealt with) was great - knowledgeable, patient, ploite, and honest. He offered me an amazing price (~ $150 - ~$180 less than what most places were charging).When I inquired how he was able to offer that, he provided me with a very forthright answer, which I was very impressed with. He could have easily made that extra money off of me rather, he shared what the best and most economical way for me to go about my repair.In the end, I chose to go with a service pack and had my screen and battery replaced (still cheaper by $30) by the next closest...read full review

Terrance was very efficient, understanding and honest when I broke my screen and ran in during my "emergency"! He had it fixed and returned to me in the promised time at a very fair price. Hope to never be in that situation again but if the occasion ever arose, Mobile One in the Cumberland Terrace would be the only place I'd go. Would highly recommend them. Thank you Terrance, you are my Hero!
