I have been here twice. Once with an older pixel phone for a battery replacement, and just recently with my galaxy 20 S FE for a USB port issue. The service here was professional, and thank you for taking the time looking into my phone. Even though I didn't get great news about my phone, I got quality service and no charge fee. Thank you so much. I'll keep coming back here for any issues I may have in the future.
I walked in panicked because my charger broke inside the port and I was at 17%. He was amazing and fixed it in seconds! I’ll definitely be returning when I need more repairs!
Brought a water damaged iPhone in, but despite their best efforts, there turned out to be too many issues to resolve. Here's the thing - they issued a full refund despite their effort to repair the phone. Impressed that there are still businesses that stand behind their work. The high reviews are well deserved.
