Great experience with Bill at the PC Shop! Highly recommend, and would use again! My computer wouldn't sign onto the internet. I had called around and other places couldn't see me right away or needed to keep my computer to diagnose. Bill saw me right away, was quick to look at, offered a solution that fixed the problem on the spot, and even showed me how to do it myself should it happened again. So glad i found this place!

Ok, so I brought my laptop in because a number of keys were not working. Being female, I sometimes feel intimidated going into repair shops but Bill was very kind, fixed it SO FAST it was incredible. So: Fast and professional service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
