“Hi Phone Care,My husband and I met Aman through someone. We observed that it doesn't matter what service you need, aman always tries to do best along with his positive and good attitude. Because customer wants the product but first they always want good behavior.Like one lady came there looking to buy a quick charger, and he just helped her with charging her phone inside the store without the need to buy an extra charger. So this type of helping nature is always necessary if you want the customer to come your store.We traded our phone and purshased a couple of accessories. “I visited this place today for a reset of my 1 day old Samsung phone. Betsy, who works at Fido kiosk where i purchased my phone at Woodside Mall at McCowan, was very arrogant and said I'm only a salesperson here. She does not entertain questions. Wow, how did Rogers hire this person who had "zero" customer service. She told me to bring my phone instead to Phone M.D. which I'm glad I did. Andes helped me fix my problem, which took him 2 minutes to fix. Very kind, and answered all my questions. Jess gave me a tutorial on my new Samsung, spent time with me showing things I need to know. Thank you Phone M.D.“
