Jonathon was friendly, supportive, informative, and didn't talk down to me or my dad (i have seen many people be dismissive and talk down to the 80 year old crowd).

I had an excellent experience at Mobile Klinik. They fixed my phone quickly and professionally, and the level of knowledge the staff had was genuinely impressive. Instead of overwhelming me with technical jargon, they took the time to explain exactly what was wrong in a simple, easy-to-understand way. It made the whole process stress-free and gave me confidence that my phone was in the right hands.
