Both the store reps. were professional, helpful and informative. I got a great deal on a refurbished Acer Laptop (Intel Core i3). The Rep. helped setup the laptop at the store level and when I got the device home, it worked much better than expected! This is my regular store that I have been going to, for cell phone repair, for many years. They're tops when it comes to cell phone repair too! A1 service! A1 products! I had an amazing experience at this electronics store! The owner was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me. He fixed my phone in just 30 minutes and helped me pick out a beautiful phone case and a new stylus after mine broke. Honestly, he fixed everything in my life in just a few minutes! I’m so grateful—this place really saved me!
I had to replace the battery of my iPhone, and had problems with the charging port. I was quoted a fair price. Unfortunately after two attempts of being promised a replacement battery, I had to go somewhere else. As for the charging port, the issue was resolved and as a courtesy, a screen protector was put on my screen. As I had confidence in the store owner, I brought my laptop in for repair with part handy for replacement. It was installed immediately and again at a fair price. I will return for any future repairs.
