Meta Wireless Inc. offers expert mobile device repairs and unbeatable sales. Customers have experienced skilled technicians who provide precision and care. While one customer faced issues with a battery replacement after multiple attempts, their charging port issue was resolved, and a screen protector was applied as a courtesy. This customer also had a laptop repair done at a fair price with prompt part installation. Other reviews highlight good prices for phone battery changes, with technicians showing the parts used and detailing all work done, including free internal cleaning. The team is described as wonderful people willing to go above and beyond to find reasonable solutions.
I’ve been a customer here for more than 8 years, and I’ve always been very happy with the service. I’ve met the owner personally, and he is very respectful, honest, friendly, and welcoming. I also want to mention the wonderful team—they are all very kind, attentive, and professional. I truly appreciate the excellent service and the way they treat their customers. I highly recommend this place! 😊
Both the store reps. were professional, helpful and informative. I got a great deal on a refurbished Acer Laptop (Intel Core i3). The Rep. helped setup the laptop at the store level and when I got the device home, it worked much better than expected! This is my regular store that I have been going to, for cell phone repair, for many years. They're tops when it comes to cell phone repair too! A1 service! A1 products! I would recommend you visit their Oakwood Ave and St. Clair West location if you're in the market for a cell phone, laptop, headphones, microphone, speakers or ANY electronic device ANYTHING! Thanks Mega Wireless!
I had an amazing experience at this electronics store! The owner was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me. He fixed my phone in just 30 minutes and helped me pick out a beautiful phone case and a new stylus after mine broke. Honestly, he fixed everything in my life in just a few minutes! I’m so grateful—this place really saved me!
