Once I decided on a a few carpet options he was extremely quick to get back to me with a quote. From the time I made a decision on which carpet I liked to the time of install was three weeks! The employee who installed the carpet was also extremely polite, respectful and punctual. “I went to The Floor Shop to get flooring for my old condo unit which was originally built in the 90s. At first, I wanted to go with luxury vinyl but after my condo board disapproved using vinyl, I decided to switch to laminate flooring. Every time I walked into the flooring shop having to either change the flooring type, colour, or underlayment type, Justin at the store helped me the best he could in every way - i.e. explaining different product types, ratings, stock levels, install availability etc. After selecting my flooring and underlayment, I dealt with Debbie mostly to get final pricing and scheduling install. Debbie was also very helpful in every way. Debbie revised the quote many times based on my needs and was accommodating when I had to change the install date. The installation itself was very good too. The team that came in was very professional and worked very fast. My 860sf condo was done in a day and a half - it probably could've been done within a day but they wanted to get additional T-cap for transition at sliding doors that was not anticipated originally. The team wanted to make sure once they were finished, everything looked beautiful and it did. The install job was very well done. The floor cutting around my kitchen cabinets is super crisp and baseboards look great. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided by The Floor Shop and would gladly recommend them to anyone. Their price was very good too.“

Decided to contact them and within 30mins (or less) on a Sunday, I received a response from Allan. Explained we had a small job that needed to be done in a short time frame and he was very accommodating. He dropped by later in the afternoon, assessed the job and got back to me the next day. Quote was fair and inline with what I was expecting. And a start day earlier than expected.Adam and team arrived Wed morning and begun the job. They were fast, efficient and did a fantastic job! We are very happy with the results. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family.“

“Recently, I had both of my bathrooms renovated by Remodel Canada after spending almost 2+ years searching for a reputable contractor with a focus on quality workmanship. Fredie from Remodel Canada understood my vision perfectly, ensuring that the plumbing changes were kept to a minimum. In my small primary washroom, I wanted a sit-in tub and a shower, a larger vanity, and the toilet to remain in the same place. The work done on the flooring in the primary shower was simply amazing!For the kids' bathroom, I decided on a shower, a larger vanity, and clean lines. Both vanities were made of solid wood, and I even got a medicine cabinet in the primary washroom!During the renovation process, Fredie's team was swift and efficient. They took care to keep everything clean, using barriers to protect my bedroom furniture and floor coverings to prevent damage to my hardwood floors and stairs. They also made sure to sweep up each evening, reducing dust particles floating through my house, which was a huge plus for me!The tile work was impressive, with precise alignment and attention to detail.
