I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Alan at the Markham store. I was shopping for hardwood style/color to match the existing flooring of my house and need the hardwood delivered before the holidays. Alan was very helpful checking stock availability and arranging a delivery date and time that fit my schedule. Alan called to follow up right after the delivery, excellent service. I am very glad that I came across this store location. The store has great selections of flooring. The showroom is spacious, has good display of samples, and most importantly very knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this store. Thank you Alan!

Alan Liu, manager of the Markham showroom of the Floring Liquidators spend a lot if time, satisfying our needs in floor selection. He answered all our questions about the structure oc the wood, differend styles of the floorings, and colour selection. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We were not the easyest customers, so we appreciate his time and kindness. I would highly recommend him for visitors of the store. Great job, Alan!

We came to the Markham store to see the samples, but left with buying floor for the leaving room. All thanks to Alan Liu. He helped a lot,the store should be proud of employers like Alan. We recommend Markham showroom for people who want to upgrade their homes.
