He came to our home with a colleague, spent well over an hour taking measurements, and discussing with us in detail where it was appropriate to plan for any seams. Alex with over 30 year's experience and his assistant showed up right on schedule, and installed the carpet very professionally, and in fact the seams are almost invisible.
