Ryan and his team came to the rescue though, hands-down having the best pricing and customer service out there! Ryan answered multiple calls and emails from us, namely to ensure we were selecting the best product and also to get updates on when our flooring would be available for pick-up. We opted to use our own installer and Ryan didn't have an issue with that, nor was he pushy in any way. He was able to beat the best price we received from another supplier and the product was available and ready for pick-up when promised. “Our house was damaged in a burglary and through our insurance company we were put in touch with Creative Carpet One Floor & Home for repairs to the floors and stairs.
