“I've been meaning to write a review for some time now. I have to admit we were really hesitant purchasing new flooring as our last experience was HORRID. Ryan and his team came to the rescue though, hands-down having the best pricing and customer service out there! Ryan answered multiple calls and emails from us, namely to ensure we were selecting the best product and also to get updates on when our flooring would be available for pick-up. We opted to use our own installer and Ryan didn't have an issue with that, nor was he pushy in any way. He was able to beat the best price we received from another supplier and the product was available and ready for pick-up when promised. I find it hilarious the few 1-star reviews - folks, Vaughan Floors business model is business-to-business. So folks wanting to walk in for samples etc - this isn't the place. And the last review from Fred G is too ridiculous - gave a 1star review because they wouldn't give underlayment samples - stick with Lowes and their overpriced merchandise...too funny. Kudos to Vaughan Floors for keeping their response professional too - Fred G calling a business pathetic because of a dog.....pretty sad.“
