Love Your Stairs was an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the moment I stepped into the showroom Rizwan (the business owner) was courteous, helpful and honest. I had been to many carpet stores and hadn't found what I was looking for and if I did find something I liked, it was too $$$$. The other stores also had one price for the carpet and then kept on adding additional charges for binding, underpads and install Love you Stairs had unbeatable pricing and gave us one quote with everything included. We recently had a stair runner installed and custom sized area rug made by Love Your Stairs. The entire process from start to completion was fantastic. Rizwan was very patient and helpful as we debated which carpets to select. After purchase his communication was excellent, even reaching out to let us know the installer would be an hour late on installation day. Mark, who installed our carpet, was very pleasant and did an outstanding job. We are very pleased…and so is our dog.

We contacted this company for a runner for our stairs. We have two dogs and knew the carpet would help their joints. The service is excellent and we are extremely happy with the product and installation. Most of all, it was very fast, with someone coming over within days after reaching out to provide us with carpet options, and by the next weekend the carpet was installed. Our dogs are also very happy! 10/10
