“I found Brushwerks Painting through a search on Homestars and was impressed with their rating and reviews. Decided to contact them and within 30mins (or less) on a Sunday, I received a response from Allan. Explained we had a small job that needed to be done in a short time frame and he was very accommodating. He dropped by later in the afternoon, assessed the job and got back to me the next day. Quote was fair and inline with what I was expecting. And a start day earlier than expected.Adam and team arrived Wed morning and begun the job. They were fast, efficient and did a fantastic job! We are very happy with the results. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family.“

“David did an incredible job polishing the existing slab in the basement of our 1970's home. As he explained, "it's a mining experiment" and you don't know what you're going to get. But he really worked hard and focused on areas that would bring out more interest in the floor. And in the end it looks absolutely beautiful. A really nice sheen with quite some nice variation in it.Our floor had tons of cracks, and David did a really amazing job filling them and then finishing them in such a way that they almost camoflauge. We expressed an interest in the process, so he explained the various stages as he went and showed us the progress as it evolved. He worked efficiently every day and completed it on schedule (and was also so understanding and accommodating as our own schedule constantly changed due to other trades!). I've had too many bad experiences trying to save a few dollars and finding any con artist on Kijiji - who simply steals your money and leaves you hanging in despair.I decided I would shop new flooring contractors on the basis of track record, client-contractor connection and pricing above medium average.From the first call I had with Gurp through to paying the initial deposit and until project completion, I haven't regretted choosing Toronto Flooring Solutions. The whole team including the flooring installers - were high-quality, happy, and superior professionals. “Beyond our expectations!Whenever we remodel or move Carpet Mill on Carlaw is our first stop when looking for unique area rugs. We have purchased four in the past. Our most recent purchase six months ago was a spectacular aqua coloured deep pile shag which tied in perfectly with our sofas. The problem was the carpet immediately began shedding worse than the family dog. Initially, we felt it was just loose strands and would eventually stop however it never did. The dilemma was we love the carpet but hated the strands. Fed up, we finally called carpet milll and explained the problem to Cathy who promised to look into it. The following week Siad called and told us they had a replacement carpet which is down and not shedding. Thank you Cathy and Siad. P.S. Apologies if i misspelled names.“

“I have been shopping at Danforth flooring for decades. Their customer service is always excellent. Their flooring is high quality and the installation of the rolled flooring in my kitchen, installed many years ago is better than ceramic tile and still looks like new. I recently bought two high quality commercial carpet remnants of which Dimitri bound the edges for me and they look amazing in my dining room and living room. They are very comfortable under foot with the high quality underpad. They also have a nice selection of rugs. I have had one of them for decades. I just had it cleaned professionally and it looks like new. You dont need to go anywhere else for your flooring needs.Satisfied Customer, Veronica .“

They even worked with me to find what fell in my budget. He arrived ready with carpet samples. We agreed and the quote was drawn up on the spot, I paid half up front, half upon completion. They arrived promptly on our agreed installation date and put in the new carpets quickly and perfectly. It could not have been more easy and convenient. “I went to The Floor Shop to get flooring for my old condo unit which was originally built in the 90s. At first, I wanted to go with luxury vinyl but after my condo board disapproved using vinyl, I decided to switch to laminate flooring. Every time I walked into the flooring shop having to either change the flooring type, colour, or underlayment type, Justin at the store helped me the best he could in every way - i.e. explaining different product types, ratings, stock levels, install availability etc. After selecting my flooring and underlayment, I dealt with Debbie mostly to get final pricing and scheduling install. Debbie was also very helpful in every way. Debbie revised the quote many times based on my needs and was accommodating when I had to change the install date. The installation itself was very good too. The team that came in was very professional and worked very fast. My 860sf condo was done in a day and a half - it probably could've been done within a day but they wanted to get additional T-cap for transition at sliding doors that was not anticipated originally. The team wanted to make sure once they were finished, everything looked beautiful and it did. The install job was very well done. The floor cutting around my kitchen cabinets is super crisp and baseboards look great. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided by The Floor Shop and would gladly recommend them to anyone. Their price was very good too.“
