When I first started I just wanted to try lifting weights and thought it might be nice to be able to put the air conditioner into the window without needing a week to recover.
Now I can deadlift 260lbs ?—a goal I didn't even know I had.
I can lift two 5 gallon jugs of water at a time (used to have to tip them over, and roll them down the hall one at a time. Now I can pick one up in each hand and carry them upstairs). And not only can I put the air conditioner in on my own, I can carry it up and down stairs when it's time to put it away.
I am not only much stronger than I was I'm also more independent, more capable, more confident, and less prone to injury.
I am so happy I made the decision to work with Rob and I appreciate how patient and quietly encouraging he's been throughout the experience.“
