“Not one regret!! I have been attending training sessions for almost 7 months and feel so much better than when I started. I love the measurable progress that I have made and am so motivated by the fact that my fitness level continues to improve!! The staff is amazing and I highly recommend all their products - Dr. Derek prides himself by only selling high quality goods. And his expertise in all areas of fitness is so appreciated. He has such a knowledgeable and experienced staff as well. As a side note, my daughter now loves vegetables because she states “the flavor of the macadamia nut oil is amazing” . LOL”
