“I like this gym. Pretty easy going and really worth it if you can dodge busy times. Lots of good equipment that’s always well maintained. Mainly an older crowd which is expected knowing that the younger folks are likely at World Gym or Fit4Less. No complaints with the Y ?“

“If you are looking for a gym that offers group classes that aren’t Zumba and actually have workouts that make you sweat, this is the place. No matter your age or weight they have a way to make it work for you.I would say the biggest PLUS is you have accountability. They will hold you accountable for missing class but they will also encourage you in a way that will keep you coming back. There is great community here. All of the staff including the other members are very kind to each other.“
