I’ve been coming to IPC for almost 5 years now. I reviewed IPC back then but I feel the company has improved so much (if you could even believe that would be possible) since then it deserves a updated review:IPC offers more than just a GYM. It offers tailored work programs that fit me and my goals. I reached out to Myles at IPC to design me a program, coming off my last season of playing university football. I had sustained injuries in both of my shoulders while playing. Myles tailored the program perfectly to fit me and what I needed to strengthen and mobilize my shoulders, all whilst allowing me to continue to train and perform like an athlete. Myles and IPC are the real deal -- if you want to work with coaches that truly know their stuff and how to apply it to fit you and your needs, I couldn't recommend anyone better. Unlike many of the patrons of this business I am not a professional athlete but that doesn't matter. The environment here is so encouraging and positive, Myles has been coaching me and my family for some time now and he is a wealth of knowledge I love everything I'm learning. Training here has to be one of the best things I've done.
