306 Rossland Rd E, Ajax“I love this gym because the front desk people are nice and the fitness trainers seem very focused on their clients whenever I am there. Fitness manager also seems like a really pleasant man based on the short interaction I had with him when signing up for training. I work with Hedres and he's been great so far. It's been around two months or so and I'm already experiencing increased vascularity and veins popping out on my forearms. Overall I would say he's good because he knows how to push you to your limit and give great advice in order to get results, something that I struggle with on my own sometimes.
Only downside I would say is they do go hardest on selling personal training to you in this gym out of the three in this area by far I found, but at least I am not regretting it so far.“

“I have been attending this gym for over two years now. And it is an amazing place everyone is friendly. I wear a hijab and am able to take it off and work comfortably. My trainer Meghan is the best. If you do decide to join the gym please ask her to train you“
