“I've been going to a large franchise fitness center for a while now but my personal trainer has moved to this gym recently. I believe this facility is only accessible through a personal trainer. When you walk in there's an area to leave your outdoor footwear, seating as well as a counter that sells water and coffee. The change room has lockers, weigh scale, showers as well as washroom facilities. There's even bottles of lotion by the sink! From a glance around the gym there's all the usual equipment that you'll find at any gym as well as some that I've never seen before. The ground level has two sections of weight lifting equipment and the upper floor has cardio machines, TRX, dumbbells and mats. Can't wait to see what my trainer has in store for me.“
