Trainers in Ajax

“I love this gym because the front desk people are nice and the fitness trainers seem very focused on their clients whenever I am there. Fitness manager also seems like a really pleasant man based on the short interaction I had with him when signing up for training. I work with Hedres and he's been great so far. It's been around two months or so and I'm already experiencing increased vascularity and veins popping out on my forearms. Overall I would say he's good because he knows how to push you to your limit and give great advice in order to get results, something that I struggle with on my own sometimes.

Only downside I would say is they do go hardest on selling personal training to you in this gym out of the three in this area by far I found, but at least I am not regretting it so far.“
