I have been a member of this gym for over seven years. Every instructor I have had in every class have been wonderful. I can’t say enough great things about Ryan Babcock. Josh and Karen to name a couple more are wonderful. Every class I have taken with Stephanie Diaz has been exceptional, including Pilates, bullet proof knees and shoulders and Alpha Strength.

First thing's first. This place is expensive, about 4x the amount of a normal gym.Now that that's outta the way, this gym is an absolutely outstanding facility. Everything you could need or want for fitness is at this gym. It facilitates any sort of workout you could need. And afterwards, the locker rooms have all the amenities that you can leave feeling fresh.The trainers/nutritionists/massage therapists they hire are top of the line. I'm working with Cody M right now for training, and the sheer knowledge he has is helping me considerably more than any other trainer I've had in the past.All in all, if you have the money and want the best facility around, look no further.

Clean gym, great amenities and the classes are great.Just a highlight to two of the trainers: Jermaine is professional, clear and kind even though he is obliterating your abs. Stephanie is knowledgeable, patient and her positivity gets you through heavy sets.Alpha Strength and Conditioning are awesome with anyone and worth the whole membership.
