Great product and reasonable prices. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful.When our calculations showed we might only need one less carton of flooring, we went with that knowing we might have to order one more. When we did and had to order one more, the shop worked with the factory to get us it quickly.

My husband and I went to purchase flooring from this place, and I must say their customer service was exceptional. Very friendly people, there is no pressure to purchase from the salespeople. ?

We had a wonderful experience with The Hardwood Flooring Store! We started out looking for vinyl flooring for our basement, to go on top of a radiant-heated concrete subfloor. We visited several places and couldn't get a straight answer about installing on top of radiant-heated concrete - until we found The Hardwood Flooring Store. We worked directly with the owner, Ron. He was friendly, good with our kids (which goes a long way!), and incredibly knowledgeable. We avoided a disaster thanks to his guidance, as the cheap vinyl we had been considering would have failed on top of radiant-heated concrete.
