Our house was damaged in a burglary and through our insurance company we were put in touch with Creative Carpet One Floor & Home for repairs to the floors and stairs. Ryan handled the project and he was incredible. Right from day one he was extremely responsive and diligent. He came out immediately to survey the damage and when we visited him at the shop he already had floors recommended that matched near perfectly to the old floor colour. He was quick to reply to any questions we had and kept us updated every step of the way after the work started. definitely recommend this place!Rick is very professional knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't find what I want because I'm looking to match very specific older type hardwood flooring, but Rick is really trying best to help me. Again, Rick's knowledge and service really impressed me.

I got quotes from a few places in the GTA (all the others were 10-12k) but I could tell as soon as I contacted Creative Carpet One (they now also go by Creative Flooring) the service was different. The other competitor I was seriously considering refused to come measure before giving me a quote and didn't even mention we can lay vinyl plank over the kitchen/entrance tiles instead of grinding the tiles down - which Rick did and ended up saving me about $2000 in labour. We did a beautiful Twelve Oaks luxury vinyl, installed nicely with a 5-inch high baseboard and it looks amazing. But what impressed me the most was the old-school customer service.
