I've been meaning to write a review for some time now. I have to admit we were really hesitant purchasing new flooring as our last experience was HORRID. Ryan and his team came to the rescue though, hands-down having the best pricing and customer service out there! Ryan answered multiple calls and emails from us, namely to ensure we were selecting the best product and also to get updates on when our flooring would be available for pick-up. We opted to use our own installer and Ryan didn't have an issue with that, nor was he pushy in any way. So impressed with Ryan and Markville Carpet and flooring! We had carpet installed and it developed an issue. Ryan helped us quickly and professionally. A great store that company that stands behind their product and service. Thank you Ryan for the great experience!

Was recommended to Markville Carpet by my contractor. Had a staircase runner installed yesterday. Great service and quality work. Ryan was great; everything as promised. Would highly recommend Markville.
