I came across this store through a wholesaler of a certain type of underlayment I needed. What a nice find! Eric and Akita are absolutely amazing on providing recommendations and placing quick orders. I placed all my orders though calls and emails and it's as convenient as in store. Can’t express how much I love the floor you did for us. Our condo floor got flooded. Eric and his team only replaced the impacted area. All the replacement got from original floor manufacture even that product has been discontinued. Eric suffered losing his own profits and make sure his work matched the exact same as the rest of areas. He made double efforts to satisfy his customers.
