I had issues with my membership cancellation. But after having communication, we ended up to freeze my account which didn’t take place at first. Next month, My payment got deducted again and I visited again for same issue. Consequently, I found same person and he remembered our conversation. Then, he immediately solved this matter satisfactorily.
