the classes are awesome. great instructor's that care about your well being. lots of different exercises to keep the classes fresh and give you the workout your looking for.

What a great space to work out in and the people are absolutely amazing!!
Awesome place to be a part of. Everyone is very friendly and the trainers/ instructors are extremely knowledgeable and fun to be around.
It's a gym that you look forward to going to.
