After having a membership for a while, I signed up for personal training with Mike Diaz and that has been a great experience. I have seen consistent progress in my strength and endurance. Mike has been incredibly motivating and encouraging - getting me to do exercises I didn't think I could do. For the first time in my adult life - I am enjoying working out consistently. The gym is beautiful - there is no shortage of machines, equipment and available classes. All of the staff there are always very friendly. For me - personal training has been a game changer.
This has been my go-to gym for the past two years, and it pretty much has everything you need to stay fit.
The facility is great, with two gym areas—one downstairs that’s more focused on power and strength training, and another upstairs for regular workouts and muscle training. They also have a nice, clean swimming pool, along with family, men’s, and women’s change rooms and showers.
One of the best things about this place is the variety of fitness classes. My wife especially loves going to them. They have Pilates, Zumba, yoga, hot yoga, and plenty of other options—there’s almost always something going on.

I visited Movati Waterloo for a tour and had an incredible first impression. Jazz was the one who showed me around, and he was genuinely warm, patient, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in — no sales pressure at all, just someone who clearly cares about the people coming through the door. The facility itself is stunning: bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with multiple studios (I’ve tried the Barre and Hot Yoga classes so far, both excellent — the instructors really know how to hold space for beginners and regulars alike).
