“Needed a small fix on my outdoor tap and used Black Forest Plumbing for the first time. Todd was on time, professional and polite and explained everything clearly. Checked everything was in good working order before he left. Price was reasonable. Good company, I would highly recommend them.”
“Everest were on-time, knowledgeable and easy to work with for our A/C installation. There prices were competitive and I'd recommend them for sure.”
“I recently had TH Oliver Heating & Cooling at my home to replace a gas fitting for my Enbridge outdoor unit, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience.
Their technician, Terry, was outstanding, professional, friendly, relaxed, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Just a solid guy.
Katelyn, who I spoke with in the office, was courteous and helpful, and Steve, the owner, was equally professional. From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional.
I highly recommend this majestic company. It's refreshing to deal with a business that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in doing the job right. Thank you to the entire TH Oliver Heating & Cooling team for a great experience!
