Turns out Adon ( our tech who is great by the way) was able to make some adjustments to optimize our system performance. Answered all of my questions and addressed all my concerns. Provided several options to improve low humidity during the cold months and will be back to install a humidifier. Very happy with the service, knowledge, and professionalism. Rare these days.
