We hired TH Oliver to replace our aging AC and furnace. We are very pleased with the service we received from Dennis, the sales person. He explained everything and followed up with a text and email. There was pressure to buy. Dennis is friendly and professional. The installers arrived during the time slot given, they were friendly and polite. I would recommend this company.
We first used Oliver in 2019 to replace our furnace and then again to replace our AC unit and thermostat in 2026. Once again the install was done professionally, without issue and everything was left clean. Both Wayne and Chad who did the furnace install were back for the AC work (along with their apprentice Nick) and we were so pleased with the results. Steve was wonderful to deal with and answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. We would not hesitate recommending this fine business.
