For a previous project Tristar installed a gas forced air system for a 10,000ft2 building that was 150yrs old. They changed our heating from an ancient boiler and installed new duct work and it was a massive job. “Backstory: AC goes out, thought it might be the capacitor and called looking for the part.Review: I managed to get routed to Steve to help with my issue and was beyond thrilled when he took the time (at pretty much closing time too) to walk me through a bunch of steps to assess the problem. To be honest, this could have easily been a service call for the team but Steve took the time to work with me to figure out the source of the issue. Long story short, it was a connection issue with the thermostat and once everything was done in sequence the system ran like a charm.When life is getting more and more expensive it is nice to work with someone who really just wants to help and not necessarily take a customer for some cash.PS - we do use Oliver Heating & Cooling but this is a review of what good people they are at heart.“

“After moving into our new home in Newmarket, I was eager to get my new gas stove hooked up. I called Customer Gas Services and made arrangements for Andrew to come and connect my stove. He promptly came as promised and scoped our the installation. To my surprise, the builder had undersized the gas line to the kitchen. The stove called for a 3/4” Gas line and I had 1/2”. Andrew was able to upgrade the line for a minimal charge and get my range up and running the same day. Thank you for a job well done and I would definitely recommend Customer Gas Services in the future.“
