Once again a terrific experience. Danny called to see if it was okay to come a bit earlier, which was very considerate. Golden Plug did an excellent job servicing my very old a/c unit that I thought had probably run it’s course. Because of this, I contacted them again for servicing my mother’s not-quite-so-old a/c. Unfortunately it could not be saved! Peter offered her a very good deal on a re-furnished unit, and all is well. Each of the servicemen we dealt with arrived in the time frame quoted, and were very professional and efficient. Yes…..I would recommend Golden Plug.Services: AC installation

I've used GPA for my business downtown Toronto now for 3 years. They are extremely efficient, professional and helpful. I had an issue with one of my units and Peter got back to me within 10 minutes of my email request and made accommodations to simply replace it the next day; earlier than I had anticipated.
