Edited the review 4 years later. I thought my furnace had a problem: just the combustion air blower would start. Called Mehdi, he answered the phone at the first try (in the evening). He guided me over the phone to try a few simple things and assured me he would come immediately in case it still did not work. It turned out that the new filter I installed was a lot finer than the ones used previously, and got clogged a lot faster. It was just to install a new one and reset the furnace.
