Disappointing Service and unnecessary overcharging

We recently had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with INTEGRA MECHANICAL and AIR and their representatives. When our air conditioner fan stopped working, we called them for servicing.

They initially diagnosed the issue was a motor problem and installed and new one. However, the fan still didn't work, and they then suggested the thermostat was the problem not the motor. After purchasing and installing a new thermostat, the fan malfunctioned yet again.
