Asif came and assessed our home and Jason was our installer. Both were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Our heat pump/furnace combo has been running for ~one week, and we have no complaints. Highly recommend!
i recently had a water purification system and softener installed. As usual, Aido Climate Solutions Inc. did an excellent job from intial contact to communicating the details and arranging installment. this only took a few days.On the day of install, service technician Jason EMMERSON was excellent. He explained everything he was going to do and then completed the job quickly. Everything was cleaned up and taken away and he also did a quick addition to my piping adding shut off valves as the original builder did not provide them.I have used Aido for several projects and am always pleased with the results.
Very pleased with the quality of service from Aido. Recently had a new water softener installed. They sent a detailed quote with all the steps of the process before any work or payment was made. They removed our old water softener and gave us thorough instructions on how our new machine worked and how to care for it. They also provided us with lots of bags of salt at no extra cost. Highly recommend this company! I will be calling them next time I need my furnace serviced.
