Our furnace stopped working in one of our rental properties earlier this week. Right in the middle of a harsh winter. We were originally quoted a surprisingly high price by a well-known company, so we decided to get a second opinion. Essential Heating came out the very same evening to take a look.
They were honest about what needed to be done and gave us a much more reasonable quote. Even better—they managed to replace the entire furnace the very next day.
