Had our Goodman furnace and A/C installed by B.A.P. 8 years ago - it was a great recommendation and a great install by an excellent company. Our annual inspections have been inexpensive and professional with a couple of parts replaced under warranty. They were happy to show me what was happening, and there is a lot more to the inspection than you might think - including a number of adjustments I just never knew about before. Also want to mention that it's nice to see the same folks back year after year. Highly recommended.
BAP's service was seamless from start to finish. From my initial call to the completion of service on my furnace, I knew I was in good hands. We received the BEST service possible, and I am so grateful that our furnace is working so well now!
Great, friendly and fast service! Our new furnace and hot water tank install was hassle free. We received quotes from a number of companies but these guys were by far the most knowledgeable and thorough. A couple of other companies tried to quote us for installation that wouldn't have been possible. BAP was able to find the issues up-front and clearly demonstrate and explain them to us. They also came up with a much better solution than the other technicians. Pricing was also very reasonable.
