“On Wednesday, November 26, I casually walked into the store to consult on the repair of the broken zipper of my winter coat without too many expectations when passing by. Previously, I was told by other alteration places that to fix the problem, I would need to have the zipper replaced, and the cost would be $50 a few years ago, and $100 this year. One alteration shop offered to replace the slider for $20, but I'll have to find the slider myself. Then a wonderful thing happened when I walked into this store. The staff there were all welcoming and friendly. When Donald looked at my coat, he fixed the long-overdue zipper issue right on the spot, and to my surprise, he even waived the cost. That morning, I reminded myself, as usual, that something wonderful would happen to me, and I realized this was the one. Thank you, Donald and the staff, what a wonderful surprise. I think of you guys whenever I zip up my coat. You brought me a smile and kindness when society needed it the most.“

“From the moment my mom and I walked in, the staff were incredibly sweet, welcoming, and kind. They took such great care adjusting the top of my dress and shortening the length, and they finished everything in just a week!

When it came time to pick up the dress, we got there just minutes before the mall closed at 9PM. Even though it was right at the end of the day, they still let us in with smiles on their faces and made sure I had the chance to try on the dress before leaving.
