Had been going for years, then moved out of the neighbourhood and had a bad experience with another tailor. I decided this time it was too valuable to ruin one of my favourite pair of pants so I entrusted Paul's again. Alternation was done correctly, timely, and to a fair price. Very satisfied. Thanks guys.
I was recommended to Paul's by a tailor in Thornhill. We had a ladies long winter coat that needed a new slider for the zipper. Without the slider, the entire zipper would need to be replaced. The only way to get this repaired was the original retailer and it was going to take 8 weeks as the piece needed to come from Italy. Only the original part would work with the zipper. Paul was super helpful. He found the slider in his stash of 3000 sliders! We were so appreciative of his professionalism.
This is an old fashioned tailor- just like it was when dad was a boy. This guy knows exactly what he is doing- he 'eyeballs' it, so to speak. Always a 10/10 job. I take some high end suits here (Samuelsohn, etc).
