I have had used the TD CTRE Stitch It location quite often. They do a great job. I find the work gets completed before the date they told me it would be done. Most recently I dropped off something for my wife. They did a great job and it was completed before the date they gave me. The manager is really friendly.
I had a great first time experience with Natalia and the team at Stitch It. I came in after having a disappointing experience elsewhere where an alteration was done incorrectly and one sleeve ended up shorter than the other. I was really upset, but Natalia was incredibly helpful and reassuring. She took the time to understand the issue, came up with a solution, and the final result turned out amazing. The jacket now fits beautifully and looks exactly the way it should have from the beginning.
