I came in after having a disappointing experience elsewhere where an alteration was done incorrectly and one sleeve ended up shorter than the other. I've been coming here since March of last year, and it has become my only go-to place for dry cleaning and alterations. Their service is consistently top-notch. Everyone is always kind, takes the time to listen, and genuinely cares about helping their customers.

On Friday, I found myself in an emergency situation. I had a wedding to attend on June 19th, and I accidentally burned the front of my dress with an iron. I was panicked and extremely upset. I called Charlotte Dry Cleaners, and they immediately asked me to bring the dress in.

When I arrived, they assessed the damage and came up with an incredible solution. They expertly adjusted the pleats on the dress in a way that completely hid the burn mark. I was absolutely amazed by the result. Not only did they fix the issue, but they did it within an hour so I could still wear my dress to the wedding.

I can't express how stressed I was and how grateful I am for their help. They understood how important the dress was to me, prioritized my request, and delivered exceptional work under a tight timeline.
