“This alteration store is the best I've ever seen. First, its storefront is very neat and clean with no excess clothes. Moreover, the lady owner is extremely enthusiastic and passionate about her work and the tasks at hand. Secondly, her professionalism is excellent. She solved many problems that other alteration stores couldn't, especially an issue with a zipper, which we are very thankful for. We're going to Montreal for skiing next week, and a malfunctioning zipper on my ski suit could have significantly diminished my skiing experience. She was a great help. Additionally, she was very punctual in communicating and completing the work. For example, she promised to call us by Tuesday afternoon or at the latest by Wednesday morning to confirm if the zipper could be fixed. Her sense of time is impeccable. Lastly, her charges are extremely reasonable, surprisingly so.“

The hem turned out so beautifully and the waist tie turned out better than the original waist tie that was lost. Exceptionally efficient processes and fast turnaround, and a very friendly team.“

“This man has to be one of the best tailors in the city. After having purchased a beautiful Ted Baker suit, I brought it to a highly recommended sowing collective. Needless to say they butchered it. I was actually worried that it may not be able to be repaired. I through the advice of a friend brought it to The Arcade. The master tailor Antonio was actually insulted by the shoddy craftsmanship of the previous places work. Within minutes Antonio had my measurements and a plan to fix the suit. He could work in any shop in the world. The words Hidden Gem doesn’t do the place justice. Highly affordable also. 6 stars out of 5.“
