“Highly recommend this service! I had my Moose Knuckle jacket dry cleaned here using their pick up / drop-off service and it was seamless from start to finish. Every interaction I have with staff, from phone calls to the driver to the cleaning staff have been amazing. Super friendly staff who provide fair assessments of the garment and really high quality service. Just got my jacket back and it's in pristine condition! The fee is slightly higher than some places, but it does include free pickup/drop off and honestly, I'm totally ok with it considering the quality of work, service and speed for an expensive jacket that I want to have last a long time. I've been coming here since March of last year, and it has become my only go-to place for dry cleaning and alterations. Their service is consistently top-notch. Everyone is always kind, takes the time to listen, and genuinely cares about helping their customers.

On Friday, I found myself in an emergency situation. I had a wedding to attend on June 19th, and I accidentally burned the front of my dress with an iron. I was panicked and extremely upset. I called Charlotte Dry Cleaners, and they immediately asked me to bring the dress in.

When I arrived, they assessed the damage and came up with an incredible solution. They expertly adjusted the pleats on the dress in a way that completely hid the burn mark. I was absolutely amazed by the result. Not only did they fix the issue, but they did it within an hour so I could still wear my dress to the wedding.

I can't express how stressed I was and how grateful I am for their help. They understood how important the dress was to me, prioritized my request, and delivered exceptional work under a tight timeline.

I will forever be grateful to the team at Charlotte Dry Cleaners for saving the day. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, skilled, and caring service.
