Their service is consistently top-notch. Everyone is always kind, takes the time to listen, and genuinely cares about helping their customers.<br><br>On Friday, I found myself in an emergency situation. I had a wedding to attend on June 19th, and I accidentally burned the front of my dress with an iron. I was panicked and extremely upset. I called Charlotte Dry Cleaners, and they immediately asked me to bring the dress in.<br><br>When I arrived, they assessed the damage and came up with an incredible solution. They expertly adjusted the pleats on the dress in a way that completely hid the burn mark. I was absolutely amazed by the result. Not only did they fix the issue, but they did it within an hour so I could still wear my dress to the wedding.<br><br>I can't express how stressed I was and how grateful I am for their help. Every so often I also come for dry cleaning.<br><br>I would just note that if you NEED to get something done by a certain date make absolutely sure you let them know and be clear. Ask if it’s even possible. Otherwise, they can be a bit flex with their time sometimes. I personally don’t care if it takes a little longer if i’m certain the job is well done.”

This place is an absolute paradise for anyone who appreciates retro gaming, local craft beer & a completely unpretentious, high-energy atmosphere.<br>The concept here is brilliant and executed flawlessly: you pay a flat $10 cover charge at the door, and every single machine inside is set to free play. No dealing with annoying token machines, no losing your loose change & no scanning digital cards every five minutes. You just walk up to a cabinet and press start. They have an incredible collection of beautifully maintained vintage arcade cabinets, classic pinball machines (their 90s tables are in pristine condition) & even old-school console setups like the N64 and Sega Genesis hooked up to CRT televisions.<br>The layout is chaotic in the best way possible - flashing neon lights, classic synth-wave and rock tracks blasting through the speakers & a crowd that genuinely wants to be there. It gets incredibly lively on the weekends, but everyone shares the machines responsibly, and the energy is super friendly.<br>The bar menu is also surprisingly strong. Instead of standard, boring commercial lagers, they have a fantastic, rotating selection of local Ontario craft beers on tap, which pairs perfectly with their comfort-food menu (the loaded poutines and corn dogs are elite tier fuel for a long gaming session). The bartenders move fast, handle the high volume easily & keep the drinks flowing.<br>It is loud, it is nostalgic & it is the ultimate spot to hang out with a group of friends, grab a local brew & lose track of time trying to beat a high score on NBA Jam or Street Fighter II. An absolute gem in Toronto's nightlife scene.”
