“My dog and me were trained by Sam in CaptainK9. Sam is a great trainer, he is so kind and friendly. He would take time to explain to me how to understand a dog' thinking and behaviour! I have a 15 month cockpoo, he is very anxious during dog walking time and spinning a circle around me over times. He used to tend to avoid dogs during walking and no socializing , now he is much calm and started with some socialization. He also become happier during walking time. We learned obey classes, and already use these techniques between our daily interactions! After each session and practice, my dog getting improved in progress. I would highly recommend anyone who wants their dog become more calm and happier bog or girl, learn some obey and instructions during interaction, most important, I realized as a pet owner, I need to study harder and watch my habit and interactions with my dog. Sam is very professionally and skillful with dog training! And I can tell he loves his job as he is in the role deeply to teach us. Thank you so much, Sam! “Natalie is so patient with my two boys. They hate getting groomed but somehow Natalie is able to calm them and get the job done. She pays attention to detail and is so accommodating with the special care needed for my shih tzu’s allergies. “What an absolutely wonderful experience! This was Kaiser’s first ever groom and it was pawfect! From booking the appointment to checking in registration, meeting the groomer and on pick up even the owner. Kaiser was adorable before his groom but afterwards he looked so handsome and happy. He looked like quite the young man.

Since Kaiser’s first groom, Dog Sense has become our one and only home away from home for Kaiser for everything from grooming to doggy daycare and even boarding. The new Owners Jovan & Eddie are fantastic! The Staff are all incredible, Kimberly and Tyra are always a pleasure to deal with and Oscar gets his own 5 paws ? ? ? ? ? up from Kaiser for his wonderful work and attention during his boarding! His groomer Heidi, always does such a great job and makes him look adorable and so pupular. If you are looking for a great place and professional team to take your fur companion to, paws down; this is it!

“Hard to find an animal hospital that does not push you to do additional tests and treatments for your pets now a days since profits seems to be the bottom line. We been using Bellamy Lawrence for a number of years for all our pets (dogs and cat) and their service is always very professional. One of our dog was old and had heart issue since she was young. Then she got cancer and operation is an option but the vet was very honest with us that she might not wake up due to her heart condition. When we had to put her down I felt that all the staff really cared and that gave us some extra comfort.“

“Dr. Kato is wonderful. Her kindness and compassion is such a rare quality to find. We moved to her a few years ago and are so happy we did. She has been thorough and assisted with our dog who has a very complicated health history. When we needed a referral to a specialist, she followed up multiple times to make sure it was done timely. We have now had to make the hardest decision a pet owner ever has to make. She helped us through the decision with kindness compassion and speaking of her experience and what she has seen. She truly is a wonderful vet who cares so much. We feel so fortunate to have found her in the last few years of our girls life, when we needed her most. Thank you Dr. Kato.“

“I should have written this review a while ago but figured that my better half had already given a glowing review !!! Both Kelsey & Jim deserve all the praise they get for their dedication to the Barkingham Pack … the doggies are always looking so relaxed and happy while at the day care . Zorro waits every morning to jump in the car to get to see his friends ! He definitely seems to have a lot of fun and is quite pitted when we pick him up . Kelsey takes great pains to get beautiful and action pictures of the pack, it must be a chore to do it every day but she manages to surprise us with awesome shots . Both of us and Zorro are fortunate to have found such caring individuals who truly are devoted to the pack. Thank you Kelsey and Jim for taking such great care of not just Zorro but the entire Barkingham Pack ? we are also thankful for the overnight stays for Zorro while we travel.“

“It’s taken me quite a while to write a review but we came here some time ago with our elder cat Luna whose time had unfortunately come. The staff here were the kindest most empathetic of people when it came to dealing with our fur baby. It’s never a fun time putting down a loved one but they made the process much easier to get through. We got her ashes in an urn, her fur and her paw print for about $400. After some time, we now have a new kitty and we plan on continuing to bring our pets here.“

“I purchased the bath and trim package with an upgrade luxury package. Marshall did not receive a nail trim, nor were his anal glands recessed. However, his haircut was perfect, aside from some brown spots being missed around his mouth. The attendant who worked on him has many great reviews below, I believe she was having a bad day as when I called for a follow up regarding his nails not being trimmed, I was advised that she went home early. I am grateful for his cut, but he is still stinky and I have to do his nails myself. Oh well, thank you for your service.“
