The staff were very friendly and helpful. Tiffany took great care of my Australian Labradoodle puppy for his first groom. She was very attentive to my requests and is really talented!
We have been using Park 9 for 8 years and our doggie loves this place. We have done daycare at the downtown location, boarding at the Pearson location and grooming at both. Lovely, caring staff and a great experience all around.
Excellent Grooming and Playcare Experience. We dropped our pup off for the day and returned to a beautifully groomed, clean and happy pup. We appreciated that our dog was able to experience a fun day but also come back groomed. We were able to have our own fun biking along the waterfront. We definitely will be back every few months for this service. We do not live downtown, but there is so much to do in Toronto, we can’t wait until we need another grooming so we can plan another adventure!
