“After getting many different quotes from different companies, I came across Affordable Comfort and am beyond thankful I found them to ultimately have them take care of my heat pump and furnace replacements.
From the assessment, to the estimate, and getting the work done, I have to say that they are beyond phenomenal. They bring hope to anyone looking for a company that knows how to do business and treat their customers right.
Jim's attention to detail and ability to listen+identify specific needs is unmatched by far compared with all the other quotes I dealt with. He provides a feeling that you are family and will be taken care of that way. He answers all questions, provides his personal contact information for any follow-up questions, and does another pre-installation visit to make sure all is right and will be handled correctly.
Jen & Andrew handled the installation and I cannot say enough about how fantastic they both are. Their efficiency and knowledge is impressive, both working as a well oiled machine even when a downpour of rain showed up. They made sure everything was kept clean, answered all questions without hesitation as they worked, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the install. Affordable Comfort is lucky to have them - it seems the feeling is mutual as they do say+show that they love what they do, who they do it for, and what company they do it for.
I am also relieved that this company will be there for me in the event that we need maintenance or repairs - they were not only there for a quick sale before they disappear. Look no further, I highly recommend them; A++!

Update: I had to place a service call for my heat pump and cannot stress enough on how Austin Simonett was amazing. It is refreshing to deal with a company that has employees offering such transparency in everything they do!
Nathan Weichman followed up on next steps needed for the maintenance and did a stellar job keeping us informed about other areas we were concerned about as he completed the work.

2026 Update: My Trane heat pump had an uncommon and unfortunate issue which was quickly addressed by Matthew Jones & David Psaila. Their knowledge and attention to detail extends beyond the systems they are servicing which helped me address other little items that would make my home better and more efficient. David also recommended Matt Carscadden as someone he trusts for his own personal needs in order to address my water heater question. I must also praise him for his knowledge and efficiency in answering my questions while offering me the alternatives I need to review in order to handle my future upgrades. I wish I had these three on my speed dial, and hope they are well valued at Affordable Comfort.“
