“I’ve been taking Calvin, my Manchester Terrier to Liz & Derrick for a few couple of years now for bats and nail trimmings. Calvin is a rescue and very nervous and needed a tranquilizer to calm him before I took for grooming. These people are so wonderful with him that I have not needed to give him any tranquilizers the past 4 times I have taken him and that’s with getting nail trims. The third one is my new Papillon Mitzie .she gives us a lot of love . In Sept. She had 7 puppies and is only 8pounds .the fourth one is Karroo had him when he was 5months old and died with 15 .
Then there is Tinker Bella she passed over the Rainbow bridge in August .She was 12 years old .

“I like the fact that they have a live camera, and you are able to see the dogs interaction and they mingle them with the same size dogs. There are staff who are supervising them. My dog went there for the first time and I will bring him to the daycare for a good day of fun and to socialize with the other pups.“

I trust her completely with not only the grooming process but her care and wellbeing. My dog dealt with severe separation anxiety, and anxiety in general and Liz has always stayed patient with her and never rushed through her time. This is a private groom where they are 1:1 together which makes me feel so much better than other public grooms. My dog Mochi always comes out looking beautiful and happy and I cannot thank Liz enough for the care she puts into not only my dog but her others as well.“

“We have been taking our dog Sammy for training with Maya at the Pickering store. He has completed the Beginner and Intermediate classes. We are so glad that we signed up for this training. We are first-time dog owners and really have benefitted from these classes. Maya does a fantastic job with the dogs and owners! Our two biggest issues - improving his recall and having him learn to walk on a loose leash - have been addressed and it is so much easier to walk him now! She gives you lots of tips and patiently answers all of your questions. We are signed up for the Advanced class with Maya starting later this year. We highly recommend these very reasonably priced classes, especially if Maya is the trainer!“
